Question: How many calories in a bagel!?
Hi, can somebody tell me how many calories there are in a single normal sized bagel that's been toasted and buttered!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

The correct answer is actually 150-300 depending on the bagel size!.
I've checked it for you on the USDA site:
* Small bagel (3" diameter) - 146 calories
* Medium bagel (3!.5" diameter) - 182 calories
* Bigger bagel (4" diameter) - 229 calories
* Large bagel (4!.5" diameter) - 283 calories
And if you use only a pat of butter its around 40 calories!. You don't really need a full tablespoon!. But why don't you try a light soft cheese instead of butter!?

a bagel typically has about 300-400 calories depending on its size!. add the butter and youre looking at about 100-200 more calories!. (there are 100 calories per tablespoon and each contains 15 grams of fat)Www@Answer-Health@Com
