I want to have a 6-pack?!


Question: I want to have a 6-pack!?
I'm 15 years old and a sophomore at high school!. I'm about 5'10'' and 160 lbs!. I'm not fat but a little heavier than I would like to be!. I used to be in great shape but laziness got the best of me!. I want to get back in good shape and have some nice abs, preferably a six pack!. I don't play football and I can't play basketball because I am the team's broadcaster!. I play baseball but everyone knows it does not involve the most running in the world!. I have a pool, bicycle machine, mountain bike, an 80lb weight set (barbell), and my legs!. What can I do to get a six-pack (bear with me because I know this sounds a little ridiculous)!? you should tell your dad or mom or legal guardian to buy you a bow flex trust me it works!. or not do sit ups every day, probably since you havent done none right know start of by doing 20 sit ups, but with your feet to up touching your but, and go all the way up!. once you got used to it step it up a little by doing 30 and so on, so on!. usually you will notice a change within 2 months!. dpends on how you work outWww@Answer-Health@Com



To show off your abs, you need to burn off the layer of fat that is covering them!. To do this you need to go on a calorie restricted diet and do a lot of exercise including cardio and sit ups!. The layer of fat will not go away by simply doing sit ups and crunches!. If you already have a low body fat percentage than doing sit ups and crunches will help you!. Don't go crazy with them!. A lot of people go to the gym and fo hundreds of sit ups and crunches every day!. They treat their abs differently from every other muscle in the body!.
