Question: On a diet should I eat white bread or whole wheat bread!?

Yea, it's not about the diet, it's about eating the most nutritious foods!. Whether you're dieting or not, you should make the healthiest choicest possible!. White bread (while yummy) provides no nutritional value!. Whole grains, on the other hand do!. It's the same with white pasta and whole wheat pasta!. It's an acquired taste and something to strive for!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If your eating the right type of wheat bread!. You cant just eat any wheat bread, because some of it isnt any better then white bread!. You want to make sure it is the real stuff!. So I have been told, you can really tell this by the weight, if its really light like white bread, its no good, but if it is some what heavier, then its right!. Avoid all breads and pastas until you reach your goal weight!. Bread is made from flour and is very fattening!. No where in nature are animals baking bread or anything else!. You don't need it!. Try eating raw unprocessed foods like Apples, bananas, oranges, and lean meats, fish and poultry!. Drink only plain water!. Once you have achieved your goal weight and are at least ten lbs!. below, you can then occasionally eat bread or cake!. Just weigh yourself every morning and see what you should/can eat on that day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

whole wheat is the healthier choice!. white is more processed and stuff!. i don't know about the diet but health wise!.!.!.oh and it's not about calories!. it's about the type of food you put into your body and the overall quantities!. balance everything out and no soda, coffee, carbonation, caffeine, sucrose(your body can't break it down) smoking alchohol etc!. oh and don't forget about excercise
ya know eat your fruits and veggies!. trust me it works!.

yea whole wheat bread is much more healthier in the long run!. it has more calories, but is also like twice as as easy to burn off and doesnt become fat as soon :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Neither - skip on the bread and minimize your carb intake!. Only eat complex carbs after a workout, the rest of the time eat veggies!Www@Answer-Health@Com
