Eat healthy well balanced meals!. Do not buy potato chips and the like, cut out sweets, substitute fruit for sweets, carrots, celery, or just about any other vegetable for the snacks!. Go for walks to start out, get them away from the tv/computer!. Also cut out all junk food, including hotdogs!. Buy turkey dogs or vegetable hotdogs instead!. There is a lot of different substitutions out there today, check out your local supermarket to find them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Overweight children cannot diet!.!.!. it is not safe for them!. As well children's bodies NEED 2000 calories per day!.

Ask your doctor to refer you and your child to a Nutritionist!.!.!. there you can learn about what is best for your child!. Taking advice over the internet for a child is not a safe idea!.

As well as eating properly (which the Nutritionist will teach you) your child will need to be active!.!.!. a sports team would be good!.!.!. or activities like swimming, skating, etc!. For children activity needs to be fun so that it doesn't turn into a self esteem issue!.

Well hello mam , how do u do !?
Well mam u can't stop the diet of a child to make it slim or trim , u shud not stop its normal diet instead u can increase the quantity of water and some salad based diet will slowly burn its FAT and will reduce weight!.!.!.
I shud say do this only is the child is very much overweight otherwise don't take chances with a child's diet for some pounds :)

first off when you sleep the food doesn't just sit in your stomach it does digest!. second for children they need sufficient amount of calories!. third you want your child to lose weight you just cut out sodas and let them play outside with their friends more!. you don't put a calorie deficit on your child that is like abuse!. just don't let them eat 24/7 set up a meal plan and make them stick with it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
