That's good definition and size for a woman!. You didn't say how old you are or if you have a weight resistance routine!. It is a given fact that women have a much harder time building muscle simply because they don't have the muscle mass a man does!.!.what you have is impressive, but on the other hand I work out with a woman who's 41, had two kids, and was a former fitness model!. She has ripped abs, with well defined arms, shoulders, thighs and calf's!.and back!.!.but she works hard to look that way!. Her diet, the most important part, is right for her!. She's 5'9" at 140 lbs and very hot!. Keep that up and you'll stay lean and muscular!. you not going to bulk up like women body builders because they're on the juice as a boost for mass they don't normally carry!.!.!.The lean, fit, look is something women strive for!.!.it's going good for you!.!.!.keep it up!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, they are impressive and not too much!. However, a balanced whole body with good muscles would be the best and very impressive!. Try to keep on good track in diet and workout!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The muscles are nice without that ripped muscular look that the pro body building females have!. I'd say whatever you are doing is fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
