Question: Weight lifting with free weights on my own any tips on how i could still do it with out a spotter !?
hi, i am weight lifting with a bench and free weights and i just want some tips on how to stop the weight crashing down on my chest if this was to happen thanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

Well either lift less or use dumbbells , they are easily dropped if you're in trouble!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

tie ropes to the dumbells and attach them to the ceiling, allow the dumbell to come down to where your chest isWww@Answer-Health@Com
