I workout but not getting sore. What am I doing wrong?!

Question: I workout but not getting sore!. What am I doing wrong!?
I workout every other day!. I lift medium weights (not to light and not to heavy)!.

Here's the problem, I would lift the weights till I couldn't lift them anymore (lifting them 20 times in 1 set)!.!.!.!.!. I would be tired after this set!.!.!.!. I wait like 2 minutes and now try for another set, but now I'm not tired anymore! It's like I "heal" or whatever so fast!.
I repeated this like 20 sets and still not tired! Which pisses me off!.

2 hours after workout, it would be like I never even worked out!.

What am I doing wrong!?!? or is this normal!?

All I'm getting is blisters on my hand from lifting too much!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:

Well of course you're not getting sore!. Any weight that allows you to do 20 x 20 (20 sets of 20 reps) is definitely WAY too light!. You're not recruiting enough motor units to be able to get any benefit from the exercise!. It's like lifting a roll of toilet paper 500 times!. Sure, your muscles are being used, but what's the point if you're not getting the best results from your workouts!?

My advice: Adjust your weights!. Choose a weight that allows you to get about 10 to 12 reps (which means that by the 12th rep, your arm should be almost completely but not completely exhausted)

Do 5 sets of 12 reps for each arm!.

Now get ready to ache!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Put 140 on the declining chest press bench!.!.!.I'd guess you won't be able to do 20 reps with that!.!.from what you're saying the weight you're lifting is far to light to do you any good!.!.!.lift so heavy you can't do only 10 reps!.!.!.you'll be real sore!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This happens to me as well, at first!. However usually 5 hours later I become extremely sore!. It takes time!. If you continue lifting until you actually feel sore right then and there, 5 hours from then you are not even going to be able to move your arms!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try working on other places of your body!. I have weight training at school and I was sore the first week and got over it because my body was used to it!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Pick up the weight of the weights!.
If you're not sore, add more!.
If you're worried about blisters, use like a towel or something!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

try to change your routine,, shock your muscles, go heavy, then go light,, switch it upWww@Answer-Health@Com

I'd try putting on more weights and increase the pressure on your muscles!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
