i need help!.i admit i am a bit fat!.and there's a presentation at the university next week!.we're going to be bare-chested!.i need help on how to be thin within the week!.please!.any tip!?

You can't lose weight in a week unless you schedule liposuction or get a chainsaw and start carving bits off!.

eat less!. just 3 meals in a day no snacks, and mind what you eat!.!.!.
do a 30 mins excercises daily!. chose excercises that will make you sweat to burn store fats =)
