ok, it starts early like as soon as you wake up!. If you have 8 to 10 hours of sleep that is cool, sometimes 6 is ok depending on how stressfull your days are!. Eat a bowel of oatmeal and some fruit in the morning, do something active go for a walk, run a mile, work out, sweat for like 15 - 30 minutes!. Take a shower do the three s's **** shower and shave your face, if a girl your legs!. Eat up to 6 times a day, little meals enough to keep you full for an hour or two, somewhat healthy, big doses of caffein in the morning are not good unless you are hung over!. Drink caffein in small doses til about noon, or just drink a cup of hot green tea, that works for me or a vitamin, vitamin c gives you energy, or even a few rounds of sex is always good!. Do something you enjoy that takes 15 minutes, positive thinking can carry you through the day!. Drink alot of water, stay active and your body should get used to it!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

To have peak energy throughout the day, you need to take a short break from work!. Step away from your computer!. Excuse yourself from a meeting for a few minutes!. Please understand that a brief break will increase your overall productivity for the rest of the day!.

During your break, Straighten your back and breath deeply and slowly!. Straightening your back helps release stress that builds up from hunching over your work!. Breathing deeply helps your mind recharge and re-focus!.

If you're feeling highly stressed or fatigued, find a quiet place and sit with your eyes closed for 5 to 10 minutes!. If you're familiar with meditation techniques, use this time to unwind!. Don't think of it as time wasted!.

Throughout the day, practice maintaining an optimistic attitude!. Worry drains energy, while searching for and finding solutions to problems is a proven energizer!. Share this concept with a friend or associate at work and agree to remind each other to look on the positive side of every situation!. Creative problem solving usually increases a person's energy level, while negativity breeds negativity!. Don't spend time with people who enjoy talking negatively about others or your company!.
