Question: Is it possible to eat chocolate and still lose weight!?
I am always craving chocolate but I have to stop because I'm putting on weight!. Is there anyway to satisfy my craving!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Mini fun size candy bars are around 100 each!. Not much at all!. Just don't devour a king sized candy bar, or a blizzard from DQ everyday!. Once in a while is fine, like a few times a month - Depriving yourself completely of the "good stuff" only makes you want it more!. You'll never keep the weight off once you get it off!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's possible to eat all your favorites while losing weight as long as you can do it in moderation!. Maybe once a week you could treat yourself with a good bar of your favorite chocolate (dark is healthier), but during the other days, try to appease yourself with one of the dark chocolate Jello puddings (in individual servings) or a skinny cow frozen chocolate bar or a Weight Watchers frozen giant fudge bar--all of which are excellent but super low in calories!. You can eat it until you can't stand it any more! I have lost weight and still eat chocolate, but I go crazy, really crazy, and then don't want it for a long time!. I have a dvd, Power 90, that I use at home for exercise!. I eat organic foods as much as possible!. No non-whole grain breads, rice, pasta, chips etc!., nothing with the fiber removed!. No fruit juice because the fiber has been removed from the fruit!. We were not designed to eat that much sugar at once without the fiber, eat the fruit instead!. Drink spring water instead of soda, diet or otherwise!. God willing this will help you stop the cravings!. It works for me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Look for chocolate with the least amount of calories and buy the miniature or bite size candy!. Just have one piece and eat it very slowly!. You can also try putting some cocoa in a glass of skim milk!. As long as you're exercising and not over eating you should be fine with weight loss!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes 100 grams of good quality dark chocolate per day is a great way to keep your cholesterol in check - just don't eat the cheap stuff!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
