Emergency? eating disorder? avoid?!


Question: Emergency!? eating disorder!? avoid!?
ok!. so I've struggled with eating disorders since I was 11!. I went to residential for a year (after almost dieing at 14) and now I have been home from residential for 2 years
this girl from school and I made this pact to get down to 105 lbs together!. (we are both 5'8") she weighed less than me already!. so she got to about 115!. I didn't get far (b/c I had ppl watching my every step) the school found out and we were told if we didn't turn it around then we couldn't hang out!. so I started getting better!. and now she is getting better!.
but I'm having an issue with myself!. I really still want to lose weight!. I am allowed to get to 140!. I have a meal plan!. but its hard to follow!. and I really want to get to 140 (I'm 160 now :-c ) and I'm not losing! its making me angry!!!! I was hoping to get some tips from you all to get down to 140 asap!. (without giving me eating disorder tips!.!.which I am trying to stay away from)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think you are very brave to be stepping away from your eating disorder!. I'm here if you want to talk!
For weight loss, I'd say you should find a fun activity (like, tennis, badminton, DDR, ect!.) that is time and mind consuming so you won't spend your whole days thinking about calories!. After long workouts, make sure you drink or eat something good, like white meat or cheese or milk!.

i understand u-im recovering from ed too!.
im 5'6 and weight 120lb!. my diet is
just veggies and fruits/
nuts/dried fruits/whole grain bread/crackers/whole grain cereal-
i eat meat once or twice a week/no rice
jsut veggies-boiled eggs-
i want to lose 5/10 pounds-
u can do it for 2 weeks-
no meat/no soda/!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
