Think of your food over the next two weeks as everything you eat is beneficial and your body needs it! That said, your body does not need a donut, so you say my body does not need that-- that is plastic-- eww--- you must change your mind set about healthy foods and embrace that salad with thought of looking great!

For a two week tone up, I recommend running 5 days a week, 20 minutes a day - make your workouts intense so you are sweating out your toxins!. Eat lean-- no super high fatty and carbolisious meals for the next 14 days!. Only lean meats and veggies-- cottage cheese-- yogurt!

One week out! Cut all sugars! No fruit, no bread, no table sugar in anything! Up your water intake/ decrease salt (nothing over 300 Mg of sodium! Do not eat after 7PM! Go to sleep at 10PM-- sleep is key! Do not cut calories drastically, but intutitivly eat!. For one week you are not going to want to put on muscle or crash your metabolism!. However it is worth it to be restrictive, because on the big day you can eat how you want!

If you really want to step it up run in the afternoon and morning and then run again before dinner-- 1 mile!

This will tone you if you follow this stay within 1400-1500 calories, but do not starve!

Yo can do it, but don't think of it as a diet thnk of it as I need to eat and I eed to eat these foods because this is the type of girl I will be and these foods are what my body craves!

--If you get desperate for a goody- opt for dark chocolate (70% or more cocoa)

--Mix splenda with cottage cheese or plain yogurt!

Remember ditch the process junk and eat real from the earth foods!

"If man made it don't eat it" and you dress will love you for it!

Love your body! Www@Answer-Health@Com
