Motivation for continuing to workout?!


Question: Motivation for continuing to workout!?
I just bought a gym membership a couple months ago!. I use it pretty frequently, and once I'm on a roll I'll go to the gym 3-4 days a week!. But I fall off the wagon often then skip the gym for a whole week! Can anyone help me with ideas or things they do to stay focused!?!? I just bought a mp3 player to help me stretch my workout sessions!. I noticed music helps me a lot!. I really wanna lose about 10-15lbs and believe me, it's a lot harder than it sounds!. u buy a mp3 player for concentrating hard on ur workout ,in my opinion u just make it up in ur mind that u have to increase ur ur workout time by just 1minute a day i!.e!. if ur running for 10minutes then go for 11 today 12 tomorrow and upto ur potential as much as u can!.Just consider someone as ur competetor who u think is more fit then u and try to give ur body as much pain so that u will become more fit &flexible then him,also sometimes jealous works, so good luck ,& I hope if we meet then i will find u as good as u want to be biiiiiiiiiii!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well for me, the best motivation is to go with a friend, or actually anyone! :] I go with my dad actually!. He takes me right after school for 2 hours, then we go home and eat and then I do homework!.
[I usually fall asleep before I do my homework xD]

Things that boost my exercising moral include watching a sport or show or something!.
Well, whenever I watch a movie, I usually want to be just like the main character!.

Every person is different, but I do hope you can find something that works for you!. These are just the things that work best for me!. xDWww@Answer-Health@Com

i just feel more accomplished when i go and when i dont i feel bad!. Thats what keeps me going just the good feeling of accoplishment when i finish,Www@Answer-Health@Com
