If exercise is good for our bodies... why do our bodies tell us to stop?!

Question: If exercise is good for our bodies!.!.!. why do our bodies tell us to stop!?
Like when we exercise our bodies are in pain (like lifting weights or something)!. Usually pain means our bodies are telling us to stop what we're doing (or so one of my science teachers told me!.!.!. i should question him on that haha)!. So I know it's good for our bodies, but why does pain have to come with it!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

The body recognizes when it has reached the limit of current ability and uses the "pain" to signal that it has reached that level!. How much you exceed this level determines whether or not you are improving/extending your ability or tearing it down!. As an example, suppose your are doing push-ups and at 5 you are comfortable but a 15 you begin to breath really hard and your muscles begin to ache!. If you do 5 more, probably, you will hurt but will extend your ability with repeated attempts at this level!. If you force yourself to continue to 60, it is likely that you will be hurting yourself!. Exercise is always relative to the level of training that your body has received!. Minor pain is just saying that you are at the current level + a little bit!. Major pain is saying that you are in danger of injuring your body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't think its a signal to just give up!. Pain/fatigue when working out is our body's way of telling us we aren't well enough conditioned for the stress we're putting on it; either that or we are doing the exercise incorrectly and need to change it up!. Which is great, because that's how we know we need to start pushing a little harder and workout regularly, to strengthen up and be able to physically handle more!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is good for you, but only to the limits your body can handle!. If there is real pain, you are doing more than you should!. If you are sore, it's because you built up lactic acid, usually meaning you are lacking hydration to flush it out!. Also, your muscles grow by ripping a little bit!. When you work them, they tear and grow back even stronger!. That's one of the reasons most people get themselves into trouble- they go too hard, too fast!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

hiya

what do u means by pain !!!
pain while u exercise like when u lift weights do u feel it hurts body parts or tired ,, if it hurts and pain u should stop immediately cuz pain leeds to weaken your body and damage the muscles !.

it is normal if u do several repeatetion and feels like i wana stop i cant carry on like what u said our bodies are telling us to stop !.!.
the tolerance different from one person to another !.
it happenes with me i get tired quickly if i compare my self with others at the same class ,
all what you need is to strengthening your muscles by the time you will find out the ability to repeat from 8 to 16 unlike before!.

hope it helps!.

Pain that comes from poison and soreness from exercises are different!. Your muscles are sore because there is this acid (not like erosive acid, something made in your body) that coats your muscles and triggers muscle grow and the burning of fat!. Your sore but you don't have unbearable pain!. Over-exercising can hurt you though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's just that your muscles are all tight and have been happy with just sitting there for most of your life and then when you ask them them to do something, the resist!. Much like trying to wake up a sleeping person!. Once they get going, they will be fine, but later on they will want to nap again!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It doesn't!. If it is regular, and you warm up and cool down!. When pain is involved it is because you have maxed yourself out and your body needs to recover!. Also, lots of water helps remove the waste from your muscles and that helps reduce any stiffness!.

There are two types of pain actually!. One is bad, such as being cut open!. The other is good!. This good pain tells us we have reached our current limitations and continueing in your current state might cause damage!. It is a warning that you will have to stop soon!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, it's good in MODERATION!. If you are lifting weights and it hurts (like massively, not just the good hurt you get when you lift weights) then you SHOULD stop!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Especially w weights you are actually tearing muscle and dangit that hurts!.
I lift weights and I guess I know the good pain and bad pain!.
