Reccomend me a program for getting ripped?!


Question: Reccomend me a program for getting ripped!?
Basically, at this moment in time I'm a few pounds off 140lb, 5ft 4 and 16 years old!.
I've started a gym routine on top of my usual cardio and I want to get as lean, and probably bigger in mass!.
Anyone know a good diet/exercise regime I can keep up or add to my current one!?

As of now, I do:

Gym:
Tues
Thurs
Sat

Running
Mon
Wed
Fri
Sun

And try to eat clean, but some days (like today) I screw up!.

I got my diet written down and have everything calculated up and it looks like this: http://i91!.photobucket!.com/albums/k288/d!.!.!.

I reckon I'm actually at about 1500 cals most days, because some days I find it hard to keep up that intake (especially the chicken for snacks)

So basically, am I doing ok and should I see results if I keep it up!?
Or what will happen!.
I was told that I will gain muscle anyway from the new regime at the gym while losing fat because my body is adapting to the new exercises, is this true!?
