Ensure plus vs. ensure high protein which one is better?!

Depends what you are taking it for!. Ensure plus is the one with added calories right!?
I was drinking ensure for a while when I was recovering from anorexia!. It was recommded that I had ensure plus, but I stuck with the ensure high protein instead because it wasn't quite as high in calories and I felt more comfortable with it!.
It was also good because I am a vegetarian so it helped with getting adequate amounts of protein!.
If you need more calories though, go with ensure plus!. If not, ensure high protein is great!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
