I have lost 29!.8lbs in one month on a diet program called First Impressions!. I live in North Florida, so I'm not sure if there is one where you live!.

However, the diet WORKS!. I seriously never thought I would ever lose weight!. But here's the plan:
1-3 days: 500 calories of ONLY lean protein a day!. No fatty meats, extra salty or fattening marinades or sauces!. Basically only protein!. Eggs are also allowed!. No cheese, bread, cereal, pasta, sweets!.

4th day: 400 calories of lean protein & 100 calories of vegetables a day!. Same with the no marinades, fattening sauces, etc!. No bread, pasta, etc!.

ALWAYS take a multi-vitamin before bed!. Drink a gallon of liquids (mainly water) a day!. Only diet drinks, non-caloric and NO sugar whatsoever is allowed!.
It seriously sounds horrible but it really isn't!. It worked miracles for me, and in my first week I lost 12 lbs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should eat around 5 small meals a day ( 3 small, 1 moderately portioned meal for dinner, and another small meal at night for dessert or something just to curve that night time craving!. You can still eat the majority of the foods you love just in smaller portions!. Just remember to eat in moderation; starving yourself is not needed, you'll just continue to hold on to the weight you have now and also continue to gain weight!. Becuase you're not giving your body the proper nutrients so therefore just like you said the body will think it's starving and hold on to all fat and current energy it has to survive!.

what my friends have done ill let you know!. my one friend stephanie lost 50 lbs eating healthier and doing ddr ( playstation 2-- dance dance revolution) if you do ddr 3 to 5 days a week for 45 mins a day or 7 days a week for an hour a day or something like that you can loose lots of weight!. my other friend ashley lost 100 pounds in a year and did weight watchers and bought a wii and got wiifit and yea!. so just had to tell you that!. Fastest most effective and longest lasting is the high vegetable and fruit diet!.

Basically, eat as many green vegetables, fruit, and beans as you want!. Cut out animal products as much as possible (completely if you can)!. Meat, dairy, cheese!.

Pregnancy weight is the worst! I only gained about 25 pounds while pregnant and lost all of it within the first 6 weeks after giving birth!. I really give breastfeeding all the credit though It really helped melt the pounds off!. So if ur breastfeeding stick with it! Otherwise, you should lose some of the weight while having a newborn, the lact of energy and oomph to do things like make heavy meals and binge are taken away because you are caring 24/7 for the new baby!.

I have heard from other mothers that a B-12 shot with lipo <-(some sort of drug not the plastic surgery kind) can do wonders!.

Also, even with losing the weight I still have the post baby jiggle, and to combat that I use shapewear!. (Spanx ans such) and there's a tank top made my Yummie Tummie (www!.yummietummie!.com) that's awesome, it was made by a post-partum mother to combat the jiggle!

here is what my dietician suggests !. follow a practical diet!. start your meal with a soup or a huge salad!. this fills u up!. Make sure your plate has this ratio - 50 per cent veg, 25 per cent carb!.remember potatoes, corn and peas come in carbs category, 25 per cent protein!.this will prevent cravings too!.have a protein shake if you like too!.an occassional treat is OK!. have a snack every three hours!. fruit ideally berries, or soy nuts!. just 2 tbsp of soya subsides hunger pangs!. switch from white rice and bread to brown!. eat 900gms of veggies a day!.Lose a kilo a week!. that is permanent loss!. pick an exercise regime you like!.
get a pedometer and try to take 10,000 steps everyday!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think everyone knows the answer to this question but they want to hear a miracle solution!. Reduce your calorie intake and exercise!. No offense I used to be chubbier and was the same way!.
