Do you have good tips to get (and STAY) motivated for weight loss?!

Question: Do you have good tips to get (and STAY) motivated for weight loss!?
I'm looking for good tips to get me motivated to work out consistently!. I am a very healthy eater (lots of fresh veggies, legumes, etc), but I find every excuse in the book to not exercise!. I know I need it for my health, my energy level, my self esteem -- what could be more or a motivator, right!?!? Wrong!. I think I fall into inertia -- when I'm in motion, I stay in motion; when I'm at rest !.!.!. well I think I've been at rest for the last four years! Thanks for any useful, ENCOURAGING ideas!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, it's tough to stay motivated for 'weight loss' because 95% of weight-loss plans rebound and you end up gaining more than you lost!.!.!. Even four hours of exercise a day can end up only keeping off fifteen pounds and not making you super-skinny!.

To keep your energy up, stop thinking about it in terms of weight - if you do, you'll more easily get discouraged if it's "not working"!. Think about keeping your body maintained like an expensive car or something!. Your body DESERVES to be treated well! Find exercise that is fun and enjoyable!.!.!. Train yourself to do something that impresses you and makes you feel good about yourself, whether it's to run really fast or far or to lift weights or anything!. Enjoy the exercise for what it is!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've just recently started working out regularly because I want to look good for my graduation in June!. So if you have a specific goal, I think that'll help!.

I also like to think that if I don't push hard enough, or if I give up too early, then I know that I'll regret it later and kick myself for not running those last few extra minutes!. It all really depends on your ambition!.

It's been about a month and a half and so far I've lost 7 pounds and looking a lot more toned!. I'm pretty proud of myself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

From a guy's perspective - and as said above - your body is a temple!. Treat it right and reap the benefits!.
If thats not enough, maybe try joining a class at the gym or recreation club!. If you enjoying doing it, it will be easy and fun - find something you might like to try - boxing class!? Sports!? Swimming!? Running!? I think there has to be some interest and drive to be able to show up and make it happen!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
