Question: I need to lose weight its ruining me emotionally!?
ok so i wiegh like 112 kilos at the age of 17 and i really dont wanna be this size!. it is really ruining my life my bf doesnt wanna be around em much anymore and i just dont wanna be happy socially and wanna feel comfortable in myself instead of having to hide under fat clothes i have not even bought clothes in the past year and dont want to coz im to embarrassed and i really need to buy some coz mine are not fitting me anymore properly!. i need something effective and cheap and easy to follow working in a food court Www@Answer-Health@Com

hii gorgeous ;) I saw your question so I incororated an answer to yours into how I answered another question on weight!.

firstly diets dont work!.
dont fall for all those pills and fads because usualy once you stop taking them you put double the weight back on!.
The big thing is making better choices when you're eating and eating less, try having a glass of water before you eat and you'll be gauranteed to eat less!. Drink about two litres of water a day its good to flush the system out and a lot of the time we mistake dehydration for hunger!. fruit and vegetables are the best thing to stick to when it comes to losing weight, try making and stirfry or having a salad (salads dont have to viewed as a bad thing and you can even buy them premade from supermarkets) a lot of people say they dont enjoy most fruit and veg - but its all about training your taste buds!. If you eat it for a while it will start to taste better and you'll even prefer eating healthier over the other options!. AVOID sugary foods and foods containing high carbs!. people tend to think that the fat in all those foods is the problem so dont fall for the 99 percent fat free marketing, its all the sugar in the products that cause weight gain!. Also cut back on wheat and diary!.!.really anything containing a lot of processed sugar isnt good!. There is no quick fix, trust me I know!. Excercise daily and get plenty of sleep, adults need about eight hours sleep every night and teenagers need even more!. Jogging and doing crunches, situps or even something you find fun like taking a dancing class or going swimming each day will all make a difference!. You will start to see a change and I promise you will start feel so much better when your eating better and excercising and seeing the results!. Try to write down everything you and view it after a week, you'll be suprised!.!.also think when your having cravings for certain foods why you are!.!.maybe your eating your feelings!.!.I do that a lot! try thinking about the long run and how you will feel if you eat the bad stuff vs how good you will feel about yourself when you say no and make a change!. I've also tried a DVD workout called lifelift ;) I always feel refreshed after the workout and its helped also!. My mum bought me the dvds so Im not sure where they're available from!.!.you could try googling it! also I've heard some good things about hypnosis!.

The easiest and cheapest is Fat Loss 4 Idiots!. It is also healthy-you will be eating foods such as chicken, fish, fruits, vegetables, eggs, low fat dairy, nuts, beans, etc!.

All you do with this diet is choose your favorite foods from a list!. Then, the "diet generator" creates an 11 day menu for you, based on these foods!. You follow the menu for 11 days and then you get 3 cheat days to eat whatever you want (don't go overboard, though)!.

The diet is based on "calorie shifting"!. You will be rotating the types of foods you eat all the time to maximize your metabolism!.

I would recommend Weight Watchers!. It's easy to follow and there are two different plans so you can chose which works best for you!. There's also an online community that will provide a wealth of support!. I lost 70 lbs on WW and i'm still going!.!.!.!.

If you can't do that, then i'd suggest maybe trying to to cut out a large proportion of the fat in your diet and focusing on eating foods you know to be healthy - fruit, vegetables, fiber etc!.

Perhaps you have a school nurse or guidance counsellor who could refer you to some literature!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
