Why would you intentionally overdose!? One of the key ingredients we react to is the caffeine, which will give you jitters, speed up your heart, and generally make you feel like crap!. Headaches, withdrawal symptoms, and an after-high-crash can also result!. Oh, and diarrhea!. That's my favorite caffeine side-effect!.
That's certainly more likely if you take it in pill form!. The caffeine in green tea is fairly mild compared to coffee or soda, so you could drink it all day and not experience an extreme overdose!. You'll feel the effects, of course, but it will be less damaging to you!. I prefer the decaf green tea products, but when they aren't available a few cups of regular aren't too bad!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
