I'd Been trying to loose weight for years but with little success and was starting to think "hey, maybe im just naturally fat, there's nothing i can do"!. i'd tryed so many regemes that sounded great but turned out to be stupid, impractical and not very benificial at all!.

so with my new found attitude i pretty much just gave up on dieting as i found it very hard to stick to a diet that wasn't really giving me results, as a result i then got a little fatter:-(

i knew in the back of my mind that i shouldnt loose motivation to loose weight but i was convinced that there was nothing i could do and that i'd tried and with that i just pushed it to the back of my mind!.

some time went by and nothing changed but then i was reunited with an old friend!.

my friend roy went away to australia for a year just to see some of the world and when he left he like myself was a large portion, but that was no longer the case, he was now nice and thin, he looked so good and he knew it, he didnt even look like the same person!.

i was happy for roy but underneith the surface i felt a bit jelous and envyous, i also felt alot more self consious because me and roy went though school together, we were fat together and i suppose that made me feel better about myself!.

the jelousy and envy turned out to work in my favor because it got me motivated to have another go at shedding the pounds, roy was now very keen on doing alot of new things to maintain his new physique so i followed suite and mimiced his good practices and before i knew it i was starting to shift some weight!.

i got really exited and started to realise that loosing weight was logical and not impossible, the more weight i lost, the better i felt!

i was looking round the web one night and i found a weight loss site that had a few of the teqniques i was using that were proving to be successful!. the site was called http://www!.youcanstripthatfattoday!.com!. I signed up out of interest and that for me was the cherry on the cake, the content really strenghened what i already new and ironed out a few things that i thought were helping but actually wern't!. If your looking into dieting definatly check them out!.

first of all your 12 and your body is still growing which means you will grow into your weight as lon as you make healthy life choices and get some kind of exercise 3 or 4 times a week!. what your doing is exercise binging and that is no good sure you will get some kind of results but you will most likely gain what you lost and be back in the same place!. so just eat right ( look on the food pyrimid) exercise for an hour a day 3-4 times a week and you should be fine!. i really dont like the fact that you feel that you are heavy set dam todays society and those who make it all glamorous!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You Should Be Jogging For Only 30-40 Minutes!.
But like You Said, If You Didnt Feel Anything, Then You Can Run Upto An Hour!.

Dotn Forget, You Must Control What You Eat Too!. If You Eat 2500 Calories And Burn 300, No Point, You Wont See Much Loss!.

Eat 1200 Calories A Day!. 4-5 Meals!. 200-250 Calories Per Meal!.
And Run For An Hour!. This Should Help Alot!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
