Question: Losing Weight & Acne!?
Ok, im 17 almost 18!. Im in college, im going into law enforcement in 2 years!. I have the infamous "manboobs", and acne!. The 2 worst social killers!. I have them both!. I want to lose these manboobs fast! I know they wont go away, but I want to know how to Tone them, make them less noticeable, look more like muscle then boobs!. I dont have money to spend on mircale guides and such!. Any suggestions would be nice!. I have a bench, access to a gym!. I am a full time student and work!. I want to first focus on losing the manboobs, what workouts should I do daily and how long and how much!?

For the mb prob,bench press,shoulder press,and push ups are a good way to lose them,and also for overall weight loss!.
As for the acne,this stuff called Zapzyt is great(I'm not a spammer lol,it just works for me)but I've heard that proacitv,even tho its all popular and stuff,doesn't actually work,and my mom used it when she was younger,didn't work for her and the dermatologists don't recommend it!. then after you've washed your face with hot or warm water to open the pores,then dry it,and buy thise stuff called benzyl peroxide(I think I spelled it right!.!.!.)And put it on the acne,it should clear up after a while if you do this procedure at least every night or morning,whenever you take a shower!. I recommend taking a shower at nite because you get all the dirt off from the day,and zits usually form at nite more,so if you've washed your face b4 you go to bed,there will be less dirt and stuff to contribute to forming acne(of course you also accumalte sweat+dirt in your sleep,but it does help if you have less of it to begin with)!. Don't overwash your face,as dermatologists say that can actully worsen the acne!. Also,acne is also caused by hormones,so see a dermatologist,and they can recommend you stuff to take to calm your hormone level!
Zapzyt is usually around $7-16 dollars,I'm not sure,but its not that expensive!. Idk how much benzyl peroxide costs,but its also not expensive!. The dermatologists may be pricier,but they will be worth it if you really want to get rid of the acne!.
Also,there's these exfolioting washclothes things,they're sorta scratchy and not the softest things ever,but if you put soap on it(in the shower)and then use your knuckles to scrub,it will get a ton of dirt off! You shouldn't do this on your face,always use a washcloth for your face,but this uis great for body acne and just to clean your body(lol XD this sounds sorta perversh!.!.!.)
Another good scrub to buy is this exfoliting face scrub,its called lemon pernox scrub cleanser,for oily skin!. This may be about $12-16,so its a lil pricey,but it works!.

For a real answer: bench pressing will define man-boobs, at which point they become the more sexy 'pecs'
pushups will also help you with the pecs, and fill out your arms so your whole upperbody looks stronger, and more filled out!. running when you have time will take weight off, and give a more chisiled look!.

I'd recommend taking Beta-Carotene supplements to work on the acne!. I used to try all the bperoxide and ****, but once I added vitimain A to my diet, my face cleared incredibly without creams!. It's cheap for a hundred pills, and I reccomend taking 3-4/day for the first week, then lowering it to 2 a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you have access to a gym i suggest you go and see what other people are doing!. Find someone who works there and ask for suggestions for building muscle!. I do not no much about muscle building, I do strength train about 2-3 time per week but i do it in a group exercise class!.
However what I do know it how to burn fat!. I also know that they only way to get rid of fat (aka your man boobs) is to get you heart rate up!. Try to do about 30 min of cardio every day if possible but about 4 times a week will do for now!. I don't know what kind of shape your in but cardio is necessary for every level!. You can walk, swim, run, do stairs, jump rope, play a sport (something that keeps you moving like basketball or football), anything that gets you to breathe a little heavier, and your pulse going!.
As for your acne (also more for fat loss) your diet may be the problem!. Do you get your fruits, veggies, whole grains, dairy etc!? Ice cream doesn't count for dairy and french fries don't count for veggies haha!? If you eat greasy high fat foods then your skin will show it! Clean up your diet and you will see an amazing reduction in acne! I have a pimple right now (a rare thing for me) but mine is due to sweating and not washing my face properly (especially after a good workout)!.
I suggest you first try to fit in some cardio 4 times a week and strength train about 2-3!. It doesn't have to be for long, just enough for you to feel like you have done something!. Then clean up your diet a little!. Instead of fruit juice, eat a piece of fruit!. Drink water instead of soda!. Eat 2 slices of pizza instead or 4!. Snack on nuts (in small amounts) or yogurt or cheese (in small amounts) or fruit or vegetables instead of chips chocolate and candy!.
Small changes can make huge improvements!.
