How do I gain weight healthfully?!


Question: How do I gain weight healthfully!?
I'm 16 years old, and about 5'1"-5"2'!. I'm currently very thin, I weigh around 105 lbs, and I would like to weigh at least 115!.

I suppose I eat a balanced diet, but I would like to increase my calorie intake whilst still eating the same amount of food!. How would you suggest I do this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try adding more protein to your diet!. You may just be naturally skinny!. My friend is 5'2 and she can't even get over 100!.

Im 16 and pretty thin and i think its because i also eat big meals and then dont eat alot for along time after (plus i exercise alot)

Instead of eating really big meals, eat just regularly big meals and try to snack in between, eating chocolate and crisps, basically all the **** thats bad for you!. and maybe exercise a bit less but that would be more unhealthy!.

WELL YOU GOTTA TRY TO EAT 5 TO 6 MEALS A DAY 2 TO 3 HOURS SPREAD APART FROM EACH OTHER AND IN SMALL PORTIONS!. AND TRY TO CRANK UP YOUR TOTAL CALORIES FOR THE DAY!. REMEMBER 3500 IS EQUAL TO 1 POUND OF BODYWEIGHTWww@Answer-Health@Com
