I need an exercise plan, I'm morbidly obese.?!


Question: I need an exercise plan, I'm morbidly obese!.!?
I am 12 years old, I weigh 208 Pounds, and my Doctor says I need to lose some weight!. (Gee, what a shock)
Anyways, I would like someone too give me suggestions on a good, balanced diet and/or a exercise plan!.
I'm desperate, I need a wider clothing selection xD

Hi, Yes- it's high time to start doing something about your weight!.!.!. Good for you!.!.!.I would see a specialist and see if he/she can recommend a safe diet and exercise plan for you!.

Also, start drinking plenty of water before every meal 2 8oz!. glasses a 1/2 hour BEFORE breakfast, lunch and dinner!.!.!.!. Eat smaller portions!.!. I did this by eating on a smaller plate!.!.!.!.

Eat more FIBER, and veggies!.!.!.!. Less meat!.!. Think of meat as the size of your palm!.!.!. Cut down on carbs!.!.!. Don't cut them OUT completely just cut it down to 20-30 grams per meal!.!.!.!.

Take a multi-vitamin!.!.!. I take mine at night so I absorb more and I don't pee them out during the day!.!.!.!.

Eat healthy snacks in-between meals!.!.!.

*Do allow "treats" and "no, no" foods in moderation!.!.

Get 1/2 hour or MORE exercise per day!.!. Walking is a GREAT way to shed pounds!.!.!.!.

Don't starve yourself!.!. You'll just gain it back!.!.!.!.

Try to stay away from processed foods!. Eat foods that are in their original state (cooking is OK), eg!. Rather than eating chicken nuggets or tenders, eat a skinless breast with some seasoning on it!. Raw veggies are great and filling!. Drink water instead of soda, cut out junk food like chips and candy!. I am assuming since you mentioned your doctor, he has given you the OK to exercise!. Find something you enjoy doing and you will be more likely to stick to it!. Walking, biking, dancing etc!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Cut EXTREMELY LOW on potato, rice, bread (Carbohydrates)
and replace it with vegetables, proteins, Fibers, Fruits!.!.!.eg
Lean meat, chicken without skin, mutton without FaTs!.
take more boiled, steam stuff instead of grilled, roast, fried!.
Stop SODA DRINKS!.!.!. drink plain water, fruit juice, Tea,
QUIT sugar Drinks and Cut Low on MILK!.

NEVER EAT MCDONALDS

Most IMPORTANTLY - -- EXERCISE ! ! ! !

You really need your doctor to design your diet and exercise plan!. It's hard to give advice to someone who is still growing!. You have to make sure you get the right nutrients while getting to a healthy weight - only someone who is trained to do so should give you advice!.
