Boredom causing excessive eating!!! Help!!!?!

Question: Boredom causing excessive eating!!! Help!!!!?
I feel so bad!. All week I'm busy with school, so I don't feel hungry!. I usually intake about 1000 Calories and less than 20 net carbs a day!. Plus I'm in track and cross country, but during the weekend I get bored and it's like I can't stop eating!. I'm intaking way to much and feel miserable but just can't stop!. How do I quit eating when I'm bored!. I bounce between 115 pounds on Friday and 120-125 pounds on Sunday!. By the next Friday I'm back to 115!. My goal weight is 110 pounds and i'm 5'4" but the weekends are keeping me from getting there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
if you can't keep yourself busy on weekends,
try chewing on stuff like ice, gum or ricecakes!. anything you cant mindlessly eat without it having a lot of carbs or fat or suger :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's not possibly to gain that much weight in those few days from eating!. What is most likely happening is you are not drinking enough water during the week and you are gaining that water weight back on the weekends!.

Also you are not eating enough during the week and your body is telling you that by storing what energy it has aquired on the weekends for the upcoming week!.

Balance your diet, eat more and drink more during the week and keep the same intake on the weekends and you will be healthier!. Keep up some sort of physical activity during the weekend and you will soon see the results you are looking for!. 1000 calories simply isn't enough to sustain a healthy body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
