Question: 4pm and I ate dinner early cos I got hungry- is this okay!?
Today I ate
Bfast: Cereal and Skim Milk and fruit juice
Lunch: Orange and pineapple
Dinner: Hmmade vege pizza (leftover)

Is this too much!? im trying to lose weight!.
Im 17 5'5 118lbs
How many calories would be in this approx!?

Your statistics lead me to believe that you may have a warped sense of your self image!. Your weight and height are such that you are quite skinny already!. Eat right, exercise and get enough sleep is all you need for a healthy body!. Don't ruin your body with fad diets and an unrealistic sense of being fat!. You aren't!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That is alright because considering on your lunch, you probably would have been hungry!. Though, you should be eating 4-5 meals a day every 2-3 hours!. This will make your metabolism speed up!. In an average day you should be eating something like this:

Breakfast: Oatmeal with skim milk/low fat yogurt
Snack: Small apple
Lunch: Chicken Salad
Snack: Strawberries or raspberries or blueberries or some other kind of fruit
Dinner: Fish & vegies or soup & vegies!.

Try counting the calories you eat!. You should be eating between 1200-1500 calories a day and drinking 8 glasses of water!.

Also this should be combined with exercise such as cardio & strength training 4-5+ days a week!.

1!. You don't need to lose weight, if you want a better figure, do some light weightlifting!.
2!. You should eat more - and more times a day - if you want a good metabolism!. Eat a couple of snacks each day!.
3!. You need more nutrients, especially calcium and protein!.
4!. You should eat something more solid for lunch, like fish, beans, or at least soybeans!. Of coure you were hungry, your lunch was mostly liquid!.
5!. Don't eat dinner less than 3 hours before bed, but you can eat a snack before bed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

OMG!. 2 ME YOU'RE AT AN AVERAGE WEIGHT!. Y TRY 2 LOOSE WEIGHT!. AND EATING DESE DNT REALLY MATTER AT WAT TIME U DO IT UNLESS YOUR GOIN 2SLEEP RITE AFTER YOU EAT!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
