What are some good excercising tips?!


Question: What are some good excercising tips!?
for a boy 14, who needs to lose about 20-30 pounds im pretty active i play soccer and bball, but ive got no friends nearby to excercise with, so what are some good excercises i can do by myselfWww@Answer-Health@Com

me being 40yrs young now never liked working out with others, I'm the one that does it when the urge hits him!. working out with an unreliable person will slow you down, you need to do alot of walking then the walking will led to running!. run the bleachers at your local high stadium, walk the Length of a football field, run the en-zone length, and when you get your lungs in good shape, run the length of the football and walk the en-zone length!. don't forget your push-ups and sit-ups and drink plenty of water!. you got to do it and do it by yourself if you have to!. don't hope that your workout partner will show up, when you start getting you body the way you want it, trust me, people will be begging you can they workout with you!. good luck young man !!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do push ups in your room!

When I was a kid, I always used to do push ups & sit ups when I was bored - today I'm a personal trainer and competitive bodybuilder!

Remember EVERY rep counts; Monday you got 30; Tue - 50; Wed - 45!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.and so on!.
