Question: Is it possible to lose weight like this!?
Yeah so I'm 30 pounds overweight and I was on a diet 4 weeks ago!. I ate less everyday but I stopped excercising!. Somehow, I lost weight from just eating less but not excercising!. Is this normal!? =(Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes you are losing WEIGHT, but it doesn't necessarily mean fat- keep that in mind!. In other words, since you stopped working out, you are losing muscle mass as well (it is called atrophy, and is perfectly normal)!.
The diet will certainly help, but you must realize that dieting is only a temporary solution!. Most people do not stay on a diet for their entire lives, which means as soon as they get back off the diet, they gain the weight back!. Same goes for the eating less, as if you do begin eating your normal amount again, they weight will come back again due to your metabolism!. If your metabolism is slow, they less food = less weight gained!. However, be careful as to not take the less eating everyday, as it can lead to certain disorders (anorexia, bulimia, etc!.)!.
So yes, what is happening is perfectly normal! : ) But just realize that your body is essentially changing itself to fit your lifestyle, so do not go too crazy with your newfound weight loss skill!. Possibly add some more exercise and better foods to complement the exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your weight loss is probably a temporary water weight loss not a true weight loss!. Most if not all true weight loss programs recommend to keeping the weight off you must exercise!. I recommend a low calorie diet with a regular exercise routine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes it's normal, but you should eat healthy foods and exercise so that way your body can feel so energetic and you would feel good about yourself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
