Exercise to make boobs smaller?!


Question: Exercise to make boobs smaller!?
Im quite heavy ontop and would like to lose some weight from my boobs!. I've been told it can't happen unless you have surgery but I'm pretty sure that's not true!.!.!. Does anyone maybe have an experience where they lost weight from their boobs or some form of exercise that can help!? I know that push ups can help, but push ups also tend to make shoulders and back muscles larger and I don't really want that :/!.!.!. does anyone know of any exercises that I can use which will possibly help me to make my breasts smaller and possibly firm them up in anyway!.!. even if it's just a little bit!. I'm not really looking to lose weight anywhere else I'm happy with everything apart from my boobs!. Any help!? (:Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi, the type of excercises you are referring to, push ups, etc is essentially strength training!. Working with weights/push ups and so on will basically build muscle, and tone and define it!. To actually lose body fat, and therefore reduce the size of your breasts, you will need to concentrate more on cardio excercises!. Keep up with toning and defining your muscles, don't get me wrong, but just do a lot more swimming/running/cycling etc to up your metabolism, burn off body fat and become healthier!. As you burn off body fat your breasts will reduce in size slightly!. Hoever some people are just naturally large breasted so don't be too disappointed if the results aren't huge (no pun intended!) well!.!.!. im actualy the opposite meaning i realy small on top lol but anyway i think if you lose a bit of weight!.!. i dont mean that in a nasty way but sometimes you lose it from your boobs first although if you are already skinny that proberly wont be the case so i would suggest cardio work outs like running and swiming maybe!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

My wife is large chested and exerciser's at the gym twice a week and the only thing that has not reduced in size is her boobs, so it may well be that surgery is the only answer!.

you cant loose weight on just one area by doing "boob" excersises :P
but if you start a diet & just excersise more & eat healthily your boobs will be the first to go because its only fat xD

no such thing as "spot-reduction" of fat unless its plastic surgery!. however, doing cardio and resistance exercises along with some appropriate meal planning may help you a bit by naturally changing your horomone levels and burning fat!.

I suggest HIIT (google this) cardio at least 3 times a week along with a good weightlifting routine!. Talk to a personal trainer and tell him your goals and what he/she recommends for resistance training!. you need not worry about becoming masculine (as that is a popular myth that scares women from weights) unless your taking steroids!.

cut off highly-processed foods and excessive amounts of sugar!. eat lots of protein!. eat foods with good fats like avocados, olives, peanut butter!. eat carbs high in dietary fiber like oatmeal and organic bread (stay clear of high fructose corn syrup)!. eat fruits like bananas and apples and oranges!. dont forget your veggies!. avoid excessive sodium!. drink milk, water, and unsweetened green tea!.

you may want to stay away from soy protein too as it is chalk-full of phyto-estrogens in which our bodies respond to them similarly to human estrogen, which may correlate to breast size!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can achieve a slight change by focusing on exercises that target your chest muscles!. Push ups work great, and I have no idea what you are talking about that they make shoulders or back larger!. What they do is tone you!. You know that fat that falls over your bra in the back!? Do push ups and that will melt away!. Also push ups are the one exercise that work all muscle groups at the same time!. They stregthen your core, which helps your balance and stregthens those abs as well! Other then pushups, try chest presses with either a body bar or hand weights, choose a weight that you are really working hard to squeeze out the last rep!. Also dead lifts with weights, chest flies with weight, arm rows are great and overhead presses!. Good luck, if all else fails talk to a doctor about breast reduction!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
