i havent but once iwas in the gym and posh snobby rich guy walks in with flashy mp3 ipod thing and spends 15 minutes doing his hair and getting the wires all nice and tidy so he could have the strap on his wrist and not have the earphones got loose cable!.
so he goes to do squats wuth a 50kg and does one squat and starngles himself with the cable so he drops the weight and hurts his arm and i go over and try to mak him breath and said i was gonna have to snap the wire but he insisted that he wiuld die before he broke his ipod cable lolWww@Answer-Health@Com

my cousin and i were racing on the treadmills to see who could keep up with the faster machine!. when it got too fast for me i slipped off the back and cut my shin!. it bled and it was funny (even to me) and we laughed for a while!. (i still have the scar on my leg)Www@Answer-Health@Com
No, but my friend at ball practice lifted to much and the bar fell on him and caved his chest it!. It was horrible, but he was fine in the end, he has a bad looking bulge in his chest now!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
