Question: How do you tell the difference if ur retaining water or water weight from actual weight!?
i dont understand this please someone explain what's water weight it's weight regardless i know it is from liquid but it makes u bloated and looker "fatter" right!? is that what it is or what it confuses me i thought i gained an inch on my waist one day but a few hrs later it was gone!? i was like what!.!.!.is that water weight is that what pple mean when they say it!? im just curioiusWww@Answer-Health@Com

Water weight is the amount of weight in your body coming from water!. Yes, you are correct, if you do not have adequate water you retain water and appear bloated!.

Basically, the reason for this is that water helps your liver in turning fat into usable energy!. When you don't have a sufficient supply of water your liver is forced to aid the kidney, since the kidney will be dealing with so many concentrated fluids, due to lack of water!.

Since the liver is now aiding the kidney it is not able to do its job at turning fat into usable energy!. In addition, your water will reuse water that has already been used since your body reacts, thinking there is no water around, and it must hold on to the water, making you appear bloated!. Obviously, the solution to this is to drink more water!.

Edit: Yes, you can drink too much water, there is a such thing as water intoxication, which can kill people when the amount of water consumption is too high!. As long as you are spacing out the amount of water you drink throughout the day you should be fine!.

then look at yourself after you eat!. you notice that you get bigger lol
