DO NOT take laxatives to try and lose weight!.
You will damage your bowel, and it will become 'lazy' and unable to actually work without laxatives!.
If you are actually constipated - Try eating lots of fibre rich foods or 'natural' laxatives such as pineapple juice, and prunes etc etc!.
And be ACTIVE!
