Hi everybody!. I work out almost everyday!.!.!.burning roughly 700 calories per day!. How many calories do I need to eat to lose, maintain, gain!?

Um if you truly do burn 700 calories a day you should be fine lol!. swimming is one of the best ways to burn calories and on average its only 300-400 calories an hour!. First of all you need to figure out how many calories you need at rest (BMR)!. I'd focus on eating healthy in general and weight loss usually tends to follow!.
