Question: Help with my weight loss!.!?
Hello, im 19 and my height is 5"11 and i weigh 200 pounds!. my goal is to burn off belly fat and have a better body!. i just started 24 hour fitness!. i workout 2 hours a day everyday!. 1 hour of cardio and the other hour i do abs/legs/chest/and etc!. meaning i do cardio then abs one day next day i do cardio and chest!. everyday its diffrent!. i want to loose weight and i started eating less and excersing more!. i eat cereal for breakfast!.!. then for lunch a banana and whatever mom cooked but not a whole lot 50 % less then what i ate b4!. then for dinner nothing heavy!.!.just whatever only a samll portion of food!. My main concern is im scared i might not loose weight!.!.!.i go to gym in morning time, im scared because i really want to loose weight like 20 pounds!. i need your help, tell me what excersise i should do i do one hour cardio bdw!. and a plan on what to eat for breakfast lunch and dinner!.!. im a vegetarian and also im indian so mom makes all oily food and stuff which i avoid alot!. and yea i would really love it if i get some suggestions on what to do!. i have low self esteem right now about my self!. i reallllllly want to loose the weight!. I know how you feel because I was overweight and I lost almost 30-40 lbs in 2-3 months!.
I only worked out for about 1 hour a day playing badminton, but the point is I was very consistent with exercising, 7 days a week with no excuses!.
I think you have a really good start by going to the gym 2 hrs a day, as far as food go, everything I ate was fat-free!. That was very important for me personally, I didn't really count calories like everyone else, but I was really making sure that everything was fat-free!. For example, fat-free yogurt, salad dressing, etc!. Also, nothing oily, I didn't eat rice, noodle, bread, anything like that!. I ate a lot of fruits, basically I was eating salads (with fat-free dressing), fruits, non-fat yogurt everyday!. If you want a little snack, you can get some really low fat crackers, but make sure don't eat them like we usually do, I counted them when I ate, like I'll only eat 10 and stop when I had 10 no matter how much I want to eat more!. Because I didn't eat meat or bread, I tried to make sure the variety of the vegetables and fruits I had, so it won't get too boring eating the same thing everyday!.
at the beginning you'll probably see big differences, your weight might drop a lot, but you'll reach a point that it stops to drop, that's normal don't get discouraged, continue with the diet and exercise, and you'll reach your 20 lbs goal very soon!.
Also, I spent a lot of time sleeping everyday when I was on my diet, that way I won't feel hungry and I won't eat as much!.
oh and the most important, weight yourself EVERYDAY, you'll be more motivated when you see results, also maybe think about your motivation for losing weight, so you won't be bogged down when it gets hard!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well if you have some money then try buying hydroxy cut hardcore its what i use and within the first 2 weeks i lost about 12 lbs as for your workouts when your lifting do high reps and focuse on one or two parts of the body a day and workout only 5 times a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
