I just saw the muscles in my arm move? why did that happen?!
Question: I just saw the muscles in my arm move!? why did that happen!?
Answers:
Unless you consciously contracted them (which I assume is negative considering the question)!. This is called a "Muscle Spasm" and is cause by several possibilities!. Please know that these are not the most technical answers, I didn't think you wanted them
1!. You could be growing - Growing bones means stretching muscles, and they can shift around to assist in the stretching process, sometimes involuntarily
2!. You could be deficient in one of several minerals, the most common being Calcium and Potassium, both of which are important for neurological signals!.
3!. You could be stressed - sometimes increased subconcious tension is released through muscle movements, and sometimes these movements are involuntary
Those are not all of the reasons, but just the most common!. Hope that helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com

It's your muscle involuntarily contracting!. Usually it's just mild, as it sounds in your case!. Don't worry!. It's natural!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
