How can i loose the weight?!


Question: How can i loose the weight!?
okay so i weigh 207 and i want to loose it i mean i run in Gym i do sit-ups and push-ups and i'm trying to cut down on Calories but i don't see any results and i want to loose at least 8lbs by Thankgiving!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sit-ups and push-ups won't really help you lose weight, they just help with toning!. Aerobic exercise includes walking, jogging, running, swimming, cycling, dancing etc and these are all types of exercise that get the heart-rate going, they are the most effective forms of exercise if you want to lose weight!.

I lost a stone within two months, I didn't go on a strict diet or spend loads of money at a gym!. I bought a stepper and a waist twisting disk, they both have calorie counts so i'd just make sure i burnt 500 calories every other night or every night when i had the time!. Not only did I drop the pounds but I toned up well and it cost me less than a month's gym membership!. Remember everyone is different, it's really important to find healthy food alternatives that you enjoy, and exercise that isn't too difficult or boring, just find the best thing for you because it makes it so much easier to stick at!

I had the same problem for so many years and I tried almost everything to loose weight!. Fortunately I found this great e book online which gave me step by step guidance on how to loose weight!. It worked for me and all my friends are surprised to see me loosing so much weight so quickly!. I'm sure this will work for you

Instead of only doing sit-ups and push-ups do some cardio - running, walking, biking, swimming etc!. to lose fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Change your diet!. Just cut out junk food!. You'll immediately see a difference
