Can someone suggest me the best way to gain weight faster and safer!.!.!.

I am 22 now and am too thin, TOOOOOO THIN

Yes! i am ashamed of coming out and speak to people, first they ask me, "Why are you so thin!? Dont you eat well!?"

Please help, I feel very hungry but i cant eat more than 5 spoons, my stomach is filled, even i force myself but cant go more than that,!.!.!.!.

I am currently 42 KGS, that's 84 LBS, for the age of 22, please Help

You're going to have to stretch your stomach, should take about 2 weeks, eat until you're full and then eat a little more!
Eat often, every hour at least!. But don't eat unhealthy foods, just eat more of the stuff you normally would!. It's gonna be a bit of a pain eating all the time but it'll be worth it!. I'd imagine you should gain about 10lbs in about 3 months, that'd be really great!.

Protein, meats, breads, etc!. Get on a healthy diet yet one that can help you gain some healthy weight!.

At the same time, start up a light exercise program to kick start the process!. You can then gradually build the program up to your liking!.

Stay away from junk foods, foods high in sugar, sodas, and energy drinks!.

Best fluids during this process will be milk, water, orange juice, vitamin water, and other various drinks along those lines!.
