Dude, I too am accepting the fact that your stated weight was an error and you are indeed of this planet!. Mix the best of these suggestions together and they make a great plan!. I've lost 40 lbs by completely changing my diet to natural n healthy stuff (Read Labels my man, look for very low or no carbs, hide yourself away from sugar and keep that cholesterol count very very low)!. Then there's the pain in the butt of exercising, you just gotta do it!. Ride a bike, take a walk, don't fear the gym, just make yourself do it everyday and you will be what the young girls these days call a "hottie!." Much Luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
From my experience, simply drink lots of water and avoid obvious unhealthy choices in food!. It also depends on where you are trying to target the fat, you should center you workout around that area!. Also remember that muscle weights more then fat so if you do gain muscle you might gain some weight!. I would recommend cardio and core workouts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
you need to burn the weight, the more muscle you make the quicker it will burn!. You'll tone up which will look better in the end! :)
