In order to lose weight, you will need to burn more calories than you consume!. and 3500 calories equal one pound!. So for the first week of dieting you may loose about four to five pounds!. Be sure to get plenty of exercise and drink LOTS of water!. Go to an online calorie calculator to find out how many calories you burn daily without any physical activity!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are starving yourself!. Your body now believes that you are in a famine situation, and will store every last calorie you eat and slow your metabolism down (are you feeling cold!? tired!?)!.

Your weight will go down quickly, but the minute you start eating normally again, your body will think "Oh goody! the famine's over!. I'd better store lots of fats in case there's another one coming"!. That's why people who go on starvation diets usually very quickly look as big, or bigger, than when they started out!.

Eat a proper, calorie-controlled diet from a reliable source, if you must; and get lots of exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Funny thing with calorie intake really!. In most cases you won't even lose weight you'll just get weaker!. Instead of taking in less calories eat healthy foods that total up to 2000 calories in a day or they can be less like what your doing now and at a minimum throw in some cardio like a 3 mile run every other day as well as some midsection work like crunches, leg lifts, hello dolly's, or flutter kicks!. (just to name a few) Doing this you will be guaranteed to lose weight within two weeks!. Just remember be consistent!! You can do that no problem! Www@Answer-Health@Com

You will not lose any in a healthy way!.

Our bodies NEED at least 1200 calories to function daily!.Stay at a 1200 calorie diet per day and you will be ok!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
