Sorry,there isn't a quick fix here!. You need to start eating about 5 smallish meals a day, exercise and drink lots of water!. This has to be a lifestyle change!. If you go about it this way, it will work and more importantly, you will keep the weight off and be a healthy person!. It will take time and work to drop 7 dress sizes but you can do it!. Be realistic and set goals for yourself you can achieve!. Don't be too hard on yourself, realize it will take time!. You don't want to set yourself up for failure!. Start increasing your activity!. Get involved in a sport, or start running every day!. Try to eat healthy (all your fruits and vegetables) but don't eat a less than your body needs (depends on your height, frame size, and muscle mass) because you're still young and developing!.
I'm not sure how long the 7 dress sizes will take as it depends on how much weight is required to lose (the dress sizes will depend on how tall you are)!. If it's something like 40 lbs you have to lose, it will likely take 6-8 months to lose if you are consistent with it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It depends on how intense you workout, and what you do!

try eating healthy just get rid of the junk you know healthy food when you see it mixed nuts fruit mix vegies lean chicken go for the healthy food fruits and vegies help speed up metablism thats why they have healthy food it helps you bodyWww@Answer-Health@Com
