Am I suppose to be a fat person? It takes long to lose weight.?!


Question: Am I suppose to be a fat person!? It takes long to lose weight!.!?
Ilost four pounds!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.and it took me two weeks!. I am 21 years old and weight now 294 pounds at the height of 5'10!. What gives : (
I am ready to give up and maybe being fat is normal and weight loss is pushing it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Wow, 4 lbs in 2 wks is pretty good! Don't give up so quickly! I know you probably want to lose weight as quickly as possible but in all honesty the safest way to do it is a few lbs per week over time!.

Keep doing what you're doing! (hopefully that's eating right and doing some extra walking, etc) Don't get discouraged, aim for a couple of lbs per week and as you lose more weight and build up your stamina, you can increase your activity/exercising as well and lose a few extra lbs per week!.

No, you are not meant to be fat!. You should hire a personal trainer if you are unhappy with your weight!. It sounds like the right motivation to lose!. I know the feeling!. Once you start loosing it in a healthy way with help!. !. !. you will feel great and start to be happy with your body!. You can do it!. Just be patient and get a trainer if you are serious!.

join a sports team or get involved at the gym!. they cycling, aerobics, yoga, etc

but you'll mostlikely have the best luck when you're involved with other people who will support you and are in the same boat as youWww@Answer-Health@Com

if you really want to lose weight and keep it off, you HAVE to have a healthy lifestyle!. That means workout at least 5 days a week and eat healthy!.
and being fat isn't normal its very unhealthy!

Yeah, being fat is pretty normal in North America!. If you want to weigh less you have to eat very little for the rest of your life!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

exersise, eat healthy!. by healthy 6 sml meals through out the day
