Question: Is it OK to eat 1,000 cals and drink a gallon of water a day for weight loss!?

i think so!.
on the weight loss plan,i did 1300 to 1500cals a day for a month and drank over a gallon of ice water a day!.
the suggested intake for a female was 1000 to 1300cals!.
btw!. i now weight 192 down from 210 and the most i lost was 3lbs in a week!. the water kept me from feeling hungry between my 5 minimeals a day about every 3hrs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
