Question: How do I lose 15 pounds!?
I recently put on a few pounds, and I want to know the best way to lose them!. I'm still well within my BMI and average weight for my height/gender/age, but I want to get rid of some excess fat!. What are the best exercises, eating habits, etc!. to lose about 15 pounds!? And I want to do this the healthy, safe way!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat healthy, look up some recipes!. Chicken caesar salads instead of the burger, etc - and don't overeat!. When you just begin to feel full, stop eating even if you don't want to!. It's really easy to eat more than you need, without even noticing!.
