if you are on a calorie controlled diet then dont use a protein drink!.!.!. Protein drinks are meant to be meal replacement with people eating smaller meals 4-6 times a day!.!.!. so I would say stay away from them! And if you are asking because you want the protein before a workout, i would suggest a protein pill!.!.!. Low calories :PWww@Answer-Health@Com
