Question: Creatine + Cardio = Good Combination!?
Hey guys, this questions is mainly aimed at those who are active!. My question is: Does Creatine + Cardio workout a good combination!? I know creatine is mainly for lifting weights, which I do a lot, but I also do cardio!. So would the cardio cancel out the creatine effects!? Thanks a lot!Www@Answer-Health@Com

first of all - cardio can not cancel out the creatine effect bro!. But in my opinion - consuming creatine after cardio would be mere waste!. Already creatine is poorly absorbed!. thats the reason why people advise to take creatine products during or after workout, when the body is in anabolic mode!.
If you are lifting weights - consume creatine products around it!. And in no way it can be canceled out by your cardio

You shouldn't take creatine for only cardio exercises!. You shoult lift weights if youre gonna take creatine, Your concern should be the side effects on that thing!. You should take: soy protein powder !.!.!. its the best of proteins you can haveWww@Answer-Health@Com
