Some ways to keep in shape?!


Question: Some ways to keep in shape!?
I'm a teen girl who is fairly fit!. I am the exact right weight for my age but I still have this annoying little muffin top!. I'm not looking to change my whole fitness routine (I do enough exercise) just some good exercises for your lower abdomen!.

Pilates is great, the whole focus is on your core!. I did it every day for two months!. I lost 15 pounds and changed the shape of my entire body!. It was amazing!.

I bought a tape at amazon!. I like workout DVDs better than going to the gym or taking classes!. I bought Pilates For Beginners online and the mat and pillows at Target!. None of it was very expensive!. Its a great ab workout and it is very relaxing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
