Answers:
Yes, there are degrees of lactose intolerance!.
A lot of people cannot drink cow's milk!. This isn't necessarily lactose intolerance, but an intolerance for cow's milk!. Do you get the same discomfort after drinking fat-free milk!? Then you're not lactose intolerant!.

Even lactose-intolerant people can eat OTHER forms of milk and dairy products!. Cheese and yogurt are usually not very bothersome to LI people!. That's because the amount of lactose largely disappears during aging in cheese, and in the processing of the yogurt!. Regular whole milk has the most so you'd naturally feel the most discomfort after ingesting that!. But you might be able to eat other things without trouble or even small amounts of lactose!.

As for the sweets in the morning, that's not any indication of anything!. Some people just don't tolerate sweets or fats well--no matter what!. I wouldn't worry too much about it!. You can safely cut out most of your regular whole milk without losing any nutrition--use fat-free, or lactose-free milk, soy milk, or eat some other form of dairy!. Won't hurt a bit!.
