Question: i want to lose weight, how should i do it!?
I wanna lose it by excezizin and eating better!.
What sort of exercised should i do and what food should i eat (breakfast, lunch, and diner) except i wanna keep my butt!!!! what should i do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

omit, processed sugars, sweets and anything "white" (bread, pasta ect!.) No soda, latte's, frappachino's!. Just juice and water, tea or coffee!. Cut down on red meat, chose lean protien, eggs (with yoke they are good for you) beans ect!. Drink lots of H2O!. Do an hour of cardio (walking, biking, swimming) and switch it up so your not always doing the same thing!. And do at least 30 mins of wieght training!. Muscels burn fat faster!. You want to be tone not just thin!. A tone body looks better then a skinny waif!. I suggest you cut your fat intake by 10%!. This can be accomplished by eating smaller servings of the fatty foods in a given meal!. Consider eating more of the non-fatty foods in your meal!.
You may also want to consider not eating after dark, or giving your body at least four hours of not eating before you go to bed!.
Drink 8 Gallons of water a day!.
Do not add more fat to an already fat meal!. Condiments such as mayonaise, cheese, cream cheese and butter only add more fat to a meal!. Consider using non fat alternatives to these condiments!.
Do not snack in between meals!.Snacking in between meals gives your digestive system work to do all day, and makes it less effiecent at breaking down your food!.
Read the labels on the food you eat, select the non-fat or low fat alternatives to the foods you eat!.

When it comes to exercise, I suggest you do cardiovascular workouts!. This includes exercises as running, riding, jumping jacks, anything that lets you breathe at a hyper rate!. When it comes to toning your body to keep your butt, I suggest you do lower back and ab exercises to tighten your lower stomach and back, while leaving our butt!. A good lower back exercise is lying on your stomach and raising you legs an your hands up!.

Weight loss is a simple equation of calories in vs calories burned!. There are no special diets that make you lose weight faster (with the exception of the no carb diet but it's very hard to follow and terribly unhealthy)!.
