What do you think of my diet plan?!


Question: What do you think of my diet plan!?
Is this good!? What can I do to make it better!?

For Breakfast I had one egg scrambled with some fat free mozz cheese on top and a glass of fat free milk-250 cals

Snack-Banana-105 cals

Lunch-Turkey and provolone cheese sandwich on wheat-280 cals

Snack-Nectarine-about 80 cals

Dinner-Salad with chicken breast and beans on it and some stir fry veggies and small amount of brown rice on the side ( I know its a lot!) -around 350-400 cals

I drank water all day long and also jogged for 30 mins and walked for another 30 mins this morning?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think this is an awesome diet! You should most definately see results and lose weight!. You are eating a good amount of calories you could aslo have another snack like maybe some almonds with the banana or string cheese!.

You are eating at least 1000 calories a day and if you stick to that and no less you will be fine, ignore what these people are saying about not eating enough calories, I've consulted with my trainer about this several times!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

your definately on the right track!. good plan, try getting another small snack or meal in there!. you need about 1600 calories to safely lose weight!. of course if your exercising too, your results will be alot quicker and look alot better!.

I think you are eating too few calories!. You need more!. Most important of all, you neet the proper nutrients and vitamins!.

Eat more!. Especially since you are also exercising, your body needs more food, not a starvation diet like you're putting yourself on!. Otherwise, you won't see the results you want because your body is in want!.

Each of your meals should have lean protein and natural carbs!. Your snacks should be more than just fruit!. You can add natural peanut butter to them or even a lean protein shake (they're about 110-130 calories and all protein to help your body tone up)!. You can also try something like veggies with hummus instead of just fruit!.!.!.it's always better to get a well-rounded diet!

Your dinner looks absolutely fabulous, but your breakfast and lunch need a little help!.

Breakfast: 2 egg white + 1 whole egg scrambled with ff mozz cheese, veggies, and a low-cal lunch meat (like deli turkey, chicken, or roast beef!.!.!.you can even try turkey pepperoni), and a glass of 100% juice or half juice half tea!.

Lunch: Change out the wheat bread for whole grain bread!. Not only is it more filling and tastes better, but it is MUCH more nutrient-rich!. Instead of just turkey and provolone, add lots of veggies, like tomatoes, baby spinach, and cucumber slices, as well as a spinach salad on the side with your choice of veggies!.

No this sucks just like every diet that someone who has no idea whats going on comes up with!. Look for starters you need 12-15 calories per pound you weigh!. Your body does stuff such as your heart beating, brain thinking etc!. What do you think runs that!? In order for your body to maintain all these function it will burn 12-15 calories!. This is known as your basal metablism!.

Which means you burn 12-15 calories per pound you weigh doing nothing!.

Another thing alot of you don't know is what causes fat to form around!. This is not caused by over eating(for the most part)!. Its caused by irregular eating and huge gaps inbetween meals!. If you feel hungry your doing something wrong!. When your body goes through long periods of itme iwth out food Ie!. (Eating breakfest at 7 and lunch at 1) it will think it is time of famine and will go into starvation mode and store fat!.

To prevent this you will need to eat atleast every 3 hours!. So eat two breakfest two lunches and two dinners everyday!. You will end up eating less each meal just because you ate 3 hours before it so dont worry about over eating!. Breakest should be your biggest meal by far!. Eating as soon as you wake up jump starts your metablism and you can begin burning calories as soon as you wake up!. (get out of bed and eat dont wait to get ready)!.

Now about the fat you already have!. Thats easy to get rid of!. I personally went from 10% body fat to 6% in a month!. Thats REALLY hard to do for people!. But in reality its really easy!. In order for you to burn one pound of fat you will need to burn 3500 more calories then you take in!. Ok so what does that mean!?

You weigh 105 pounds!. You wanna lose 2 pounds!.
Your Basal Metablism is around 1500 calories!.
This means after you eat 1500 calories you will start to have excess amounts!. 3500 excess amount will turn into 1 pound of fat!.
This is where excercise comes in!.
Once you eat 1500 calories and eat say 500 more this will give you +500 calories!. So if you ate 500 extra calories every day for 8 days you would gain a pound!. So to stop this!. Eat that +500 calories and burn off 750 of it!. (You need calories in order to excercise otherwise your body has no energy and makes the excercise very grueling)!. You will lose weight slowly but will lose 100% fat only!. This method will get you 1 pound every two weeks till desired weight!. Feel free to excercise more to burn more off!.

Remember if you lose to much weight at once you will have skin flab which is more unacttractive then fat itself!.

I think you've got a really great start and a healthy attitude! It seems well balanced with healthy fats, protein, and carbs!.


If you'd like some tips to tweak your diet, here they are-

Don't eat the same things everyday!. Mix it up or you may get bored!.

Try different fruits and veggies to find the ones you like!. Fruit can be hard to get in season, but there are companies that make canned or jarred fruit in natural juice with no added sugar (great on the go!)

Keep your diet foods in the house or else on a weak day, you may eat something bad!. But be gentle with yourself!. If you have a few chips or a piece of candy, allow yourself to have a little!. Don't have an "all or nothing" attitude or you may find your self binging!. Just do a little extra exercise!.

Add a little light weight training!. You can buy a Pilates workout dvd and inexpensive hand weights!. Light weight training tones your muscles and makes you slimmer!.

Weigh yourself once a week!. Same time, same place, and before you eat or drink anything!. Make sure the scale is always in the same place!. Different types of flooring can have different results!. (try weighing your self on a hard floor and then carpet, it's weird!) Studies have shown that people who weigh themselves regularly keep more weight off!.

EDIT- Use the apple trick! If you're really really hungry and think you may stray- Eat an apple (with skin is better) and a glass of ice water an wait 20 minutes!. It will help your metabolism and you'll find that 20 minutes later, you're not hungry!Www@Answer-Health@Com
