So you want to go to the gym and build muscle but you want to lose 1 pound a week!? I'm a little lost!. But I don't think that it stunt your growth I think you just delayed the process since you weren't getting the nutrients you were supposed to and your body is ressuming where you left off about a year and a half ago!. But yea going to the gym to increase testosterone level is a good idea!. Try running and for your acne dude I had the same problem!. I looked like I had chicken pox all the time!. I started using proactiv and HOLY MOLY did it work!. In about 3 weeks my face so clear that it looked like I got skin treatment or something!. You should also try and get good like alot of protein and carbs!. If you want to burn 1 pound a week and gain at the same time or tone you then you should eat natural sugary foods like grapes, apples and stuff that has alot of natural sugars because glucose is the fastest form of energy that burns!. So you can tone up quick!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

These are questions that should be answered by a doctor, go see yours and ask him/her!.

No one can tell if your growth plates are still open without a bone scan!. If you haven't grown at all in the last year, though, it's not likely you will get too much taller!.

Dieting will not affect your height as long as you get enough protein, vitamins and minerals!.

Bulimia and anorexia will kill you, so that will seriously stunt your growth!.

Don't diet!. Eat healthily!. Don't eat fast foods, don't eat sweets, get at least 1/2 hour of vigorous exercise every day, avoid trans fats, avoid processed starches (like sugar, white bread, white rice, etc!.) and eat at least a cup of leafy green vegetables with your lunch and dinner!. You won't be hungry, you'll lost weight, and your health will improve tremendously, especially your skin!. And make sure you get plenty of calcium, to promote bone density, in case you are in fact still growing!. Limit your meat intake to 4 ounces a day (about the size of a deck of cards or a quarter pounder hamburger)!.

And seek out help for your psychological problems that caused you to be bulimic and anorexic!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
